Customers
If you have purchased products from www.vessel-ceramics.co.uk, we will hold your data for a maximum of 6 years and may from time to time email you with information that I feel you will be interested in e.g. new products, blogs, workshops or events. We will only contact you if we believe you have a legitimate interest in our work and it's relevant to my business.
Events
When you have registered to attend a Vessel Ceramics organised event we will, where relevant, send you information about the event including logistics, timings, accessibility, advanced information about the content of the event and follow up information, including post event surveys.
When a third party has provided your information as part of an event such as exhibitions, we will use that information only to organise the event for which it has been provided and will not store the data longer than required.
Contact & communication with us
People contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use.

Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored by Mailchimp in accordance with the regulations named in 'The policy' above. Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.
